Nailed It!

Last week was full of forging corner posts for our Stanley park railings. The corner posts are made to look like large, old fashion nails. They stand just over four feet tall. Each post weighs over 60lbs and has proven to be very physically exhausting to make! Forging each nail gives individual texture and character which ties into the whole project. This part of the fence requires nine nails to help “hold” it down to the ground. Soon we will be attaching these to the railing and look forward to seeing it all in context!
